This Return & Refund Policy explains conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be offered.


📌 1. Customized & Personalized Products

Most of our products are custom-made based on your uploaded designs, text, or selections.
Due to the unique nature of customization:

We do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is confirmed and printing has begun.

Refunds will only be provided if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Wrong size or print error caused by us

  • Damaged product delivered

  • Poor printing quality (verified through photographs)


đŸš« Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom printed items

  • Personalized merchandise

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Issues due to incorrect design uploaded by customer

  • Colour variation up to 5–10% (industry standard)

⚠ We are not responsible for design/content errors (spelling, resolution, layout) if the artwork was approved/uploaded by customer.


🚛 2. Shipment Damage / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing quantity:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of damaged product & packaging

  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will process:

  • Replacement (preferred)
    or

  • Refund (only if replacement not possible)


🕒 3. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is only allowed before order processing & printing begins.

Once production starts → No cancellation.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately:

💳 4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method

  • Time frame: 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment provider

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


📑 5. Artwork & Print Quality Disclaimer

  • Slight variation in color tone may occur due to different screens and printing technologies

  • Print alignment tolerance ± 2-3 mm is acceptable industry standard

These will not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Before submitting an order:

✔ Review your artwork carefully
✔ Check spelling, design size, placement
✔ Upload high-resolution files
✔ Confirm product & customization details properly

We print exactly what you approve and upload.
