Most of our products are custom-made based on your uploaded designs, text, or selections.
Due to the unique nature of customization:
We do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is confirmed and printing has begun.
Refunds will only be provided if:

Damaged product delivered

Poor printing quality (verified through photographs)

Colour variation up to 5â10% (industry standard)

đ 2. Shipment Damage / Missing Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or missing quantity:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of damaged product & packaging

Unboxing video (if available)
After verification, we will process:

Replacement (preferred)
or -
Refund (only if replacement not possible)

Cancellation is only allowed before order processing & printing begins.
Once production starts â No cancellation.

If a refund is approved:

Time frame: 5â10 business days depending on bank/payment provider
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Slight variation in color tone may occur due to different screens and printing technologies

Print alignment tolerance ± 2-3 mm is acceptable industry standard
These will not qualify as manufacturing defects.
